Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with your experience shopping with us! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Non-Perishable Items: Items like accessories or non-food products can be returned, provided they are unopened and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, matcha and houjicha powders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@iheartmellow.com with your order number. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 


Damaged Items

We take great care in packing your order, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the damage when reaching out so we can process your claim quickly.


Lost Packages

Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier, but we’re still here to help! If you believe your package is lost or hasn’t arrived, please contact us at hello@iheartmellow.com. We will assist in tracking the shipment, but please note that we are not responsible for lost packages once they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier.
