Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or other high-volume periods. If this happens, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping & Delivery
After your order has been shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays that are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after your shipment has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Mellow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@iheartmellow.com. While we'll do our best to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@iheartmellow.com. We'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your order.
Please note that Mellow is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
